  • When am I going to receive my order? 

We promise you to send the article(s) you paid within four to five working days. Please, enquire with the Post Office to know their delivery time.

If you have already ordered and you want to know where your order is, enter the number of your tracking letter or colissimo we communicate you on the website.

  • Is it possible to return or exchange my customized articles?

 No, customized articles are neither exchanged nor refunded.

  • What are the payment methods you accept?

You have several options to pay your purchases.

-The payment by debit card via Paypal website.

-The payment by Paypal account.

-The payment by cheque.

  • I don’t find the answer to my question, how to do?

I would like to give a present, is it possible?

 We offer you a gift-wrap service.

You can send a present to an outsider informing his/her address (in delivery address) and yours in billing address.

  • Are all your articles in stock?

All listed products are in stock in our website.

However, following a high demand or a considerable delay to the manufacturer, it could be possible that an article is out of stock.

In that case, the product isn’t offered for sale and its shortage is indicated on the product information sheet.

An approximate restocking lead time can be communicated on request.

  • Making delay, when am I going to receive my customized order?

The making delay is 10 days from the validation of the order by the payment.

In case of extra delay, the designer will inform the customer by email and will give him a new deadline.

In case in which the chosen Indian material or braid wouldn’t be available, the delay could be extended with the customer consent or another material will be chosen by him.

So, it needs between 10 to 15 days between the validation

of the order and the receipt of it.
